I would like to tip my hat to all the hard working players who don't win the awards. A player on Williams that comes to mind is Jack Dickinson. He never was quite able to lock down the starting quarterback job after Bobby left but continued to be a strong presence on the sidelines and the number one cheerleader for McHugh. He ended up being the long snapper and in one memorable sequence he subbed in at quarterback on third down and then on fourth down was the long snapper and downed the ball on the one yard line. It was really nice to see him end his career with a victory as the starting quarterback against Amherst, of course he still doubled as the long snapper!

Interestingly Shurich was a 1st teamer as a freshman so at least he has experienced what it feels like. He had a great career and will be much missed next season. Let's hope the new kicker fills in as well the new punter did.

Not sure about the punter but I have no doubt Coach Raymond would go to bat for Ivan. He's a senior and has been lights out for four years.

I'm very excited about Williams going forward, even if this season ends at 5-4. I think Coach Raymond has things going in the right direction.

He is a heck of a punter though, not gonna lie.

Not sure if Mario Fischetti's injury today will be a career ender but if it is, the fact that his last play was a 46 yard rush really encapsulated his career. He's not going to be remembered in the record books due to how many games he missed but when he was on the field he really reminded me of Barry Sanders, every play was a potential huge gainer for him. Hopefully he'll be back for these final two games because the Ephs definitely need him.
