NAIA Div II is allowed to give up 6 full scholarships. But academic and fianacial need awards are given more freely there. Schools with strong fundraising can end up having the equivalent of 10-12 full scholarships. Does this school fall in that category, I'm not sure

FYI:
Melzer is playing with the Spurs Summerleague team.
Yesterday against Golden State he scored 21 points on 8-10 from the fiield and 3-5 from the arc in 24 minutes of play.
Those are pretty nice numbers!

IWU defeated NAIA St. Francis (Joliet) this evening 94-68, totalling the two 20-minute varsity periods played. I was not there, but it sounds like the Titans played well. Andrew Freeman had 16 points in the first half (not sure what he finished with)...Andrew Gilmore was 5-5 from beyond the arc...Darius Gant played well...and Zach Freeman finished with about 20 pts/10 rebounds.
Titan Q: Did you talk to anyone who went to the scrimmage against St Francis. They have 3 D1 transfers and a majority of the team are seniors. Didn't seem like IWU was too impressed!!! Just looking for a lttle more info on St. Francis...Thnx

Francisco Elson
Charles Lee
Olu Famutimi
Matt Bonner
Jared Reiner
Jackie Butler
Jamar Smith
He was definately the most talented player in the bunch

Rich Melzer was waived by the Spurs yesterday.
I watched the game against the Bulls and Rich looked good. He had 7 ponts and 3 blocks. There were times when he was the best player on the floor. I would not be suprised if he catches on with another team.
Fred if you have any insight it would be appreciated

Frankiet: Sounds like you guys have too much time on your hands!!!
Would RF even have a player worthy of making a fantasy team?
