Shameful. I'd be embarrassed to be a Titan right now. Handed the game.

The very definition of a poor loser.

I definitely tip my cap to Webster; they deserve better fans than you.

Agree 100% Ypsi

All Hope and no heart that why you'll always be a b!t'& in my book.

No I appreciate any interjection, I missed the latest round off cciw chat, did yall ever decide whos the tougher conference: the CCIW or Big Ten?

No such debate, ever.  Though there have been years when the top CCIW team would have stood a very good chance against the worst Big Ten team!  (IWU did beat Arizona some 20+ years ago; not sure if the CCIW has any other wins against a quality d1 team.)

Though there are probably many years where (for their level) the CCIW is harder to win than the Big Ten. ;D

My bad I said I missed that topic, it was the CCIW vs the NBA east conference. . . Discuss. . . I knew I was off base.

I'll do you one better. I plan on bringing home the whole goal post on my back. Like my boy JC.

The one and only Daryl L Lloyd chiming in from times long past. First and foremost hello Bloomington, and yes your still as small and crappy a town as I recall a decade ago, but I'd never pass up a road trip oppurtunity with ace kotte. pregaming for the Webster game will likely be the highlight of a long and arduous week, but I must say, all the diarehha coming front he cciw board will make tonights historic webster win a truly monumental celebratory moment. Get it done fellaz, play your heart out and shut the door on these naysayers, and next rounds on me.

Hope, no problem - I was assuming you meant in recent history, since as Yjak pointed out -  they have not made it to the dance since the reinstitution of the SLIAC Conference tourney.  If my memory serves me, I believe that they made it in the 99-00 year under coach Randall and again in the 01-02 year under coach Kaneshiro.

Webster CAN win it all, but history tells us they are still looking for their first trip to the dance.... I'm not thinking they are 'peaking' right now, but their performance was a little better last night....  the Mac Westmin game should be a classic.... if Webster can get by Greenville without playing down to a tight finish while Mac and Westmin beat each other up, they may have an advantage on Saturday....  of course Greenville is still capable of pulling the upset, but their game vs Webster last week wasn't very solid....

I'm looking forward to 2 great nights of hoops, and hopefully 3 very close games!

Hope, what history are you referring to? In the history since the re-implementation of the SLIAC Tourney? Webster's has made trips to the dance before.

Denny,  moved to TX for economic reasons - forced choice at the right time.  Brother is doing great as well - life is good and the living easy down here.  Your dad and family are in our prayers.   Hopefully I make it back up there before to long - the wife misses it, as do I (some).

Webster posters on board. Smells like Tourney Time.

Here is a nugget you may not of known. Brian Grasle is an asst at FU this year. Hoping the experience will help him land his hometown job.

He's been a big emotional lift for Dad. If I'm diving in a fox hole for battle, I'd definately want him in there with me.

D. L. Loyd - Where ya at? How is your brother?

Thanks Denny - but I'm living out of state now and rarely (never) get a chance to catch the alma mater play now a days.  once I get back up there I'm in.

FC: Don't worry I still check in occasionally to see how my alma mater is doing.  I haven't posted in over a year now, but felt compelled to since you referred to me by name.  I actually got a chance to catch a Webster game early in the season and liked what I saw, hopefully they can finish nicely for these seniors.  I would like to catch more games, but I truly have way to many things going on in my life at the moment, although I do enjoy the reading.  We will have to grab a beer next time BunchTime is in town.  Hope all is going well with you, and try not to get so upset with Pat, he can't help the way he is.
