If anyone is listening to Obama's speech right now, for such a profound speaker, he sure uses "uhh" quite a bit. For example, every uhh other uhh word.

Must be a teleprompter error...

Impossible.  I was reading an article a while back that he not only travels with a prompter EVERYWHERE he goes, but it went out once and he now carries a backup teleprompter whenever he speaks in font of any size group.

What's next....is he going to start wearing one of those robocop helmets?

Looks like there is a scheduling conflict at the Pepsi Arena in Denver next Monday night:

http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/9586944/Nuggets,-WWE-in-smackdown-over-arena-confict

Great quote by Vince in the article:

"Even though the Denver Nuggets had a strong team this year and were projected to make the playoffs, obviously Nuggets and Pepsi Center owner Stan Kroenke did not have enough faith in his own team to hold the May 25th date for a potential playoff game," WWE chairman Vince McMahon said in a statement.

Vince McMahon is a douchebag.  I would think a sporting event that isn't scripted would take precedent over his production.

He's probably just trying to get some free publicity from this ....

As much as Obama annoys the **** out of me right now on so many levels I have to disagree. I believe he is a very good speaker, teleprompter or not, especially compared to the idiot we just got rid of. If I was the President and had to speak in front of as many people as the President does I would have telepromters coming out of the ****ing woodwork! Hope all on the LLPP had a good day today! Glad the Celtics are out. I called it, Marbury is a disease period. Whether he plays or not, is irrelevant. Any team he has played for he has made worse. Have a nice offseason Stephan, you ruined another team.

By the way any Capital District locals paying attention to the Niskayune Boys Lacrosse team? They are currently ranked 15th nationally, smoked Duxbury of MASS (who at the time was 13th in the nation) and even beat John Jay for the first time. They are simply nasty and have one of the best high school coaches of any sport in Mike Vorgang period. This team may be worth keeping an eye on if any are interested. Ranked 2nd in NYS class B they may just bring the first lax title to section 2 ever.

You don't think it was Garnett's injury?

As a Lakers fan, I'm dissappointed Boston won't be back in the finals this year.  Even though they embarrassed the Lakers in 2008, it was just like old times seeing both in the finals again.

OK, maybe not old times... it was the 80s..

Realistically SAINTSfan I totally agree and thing the real reason the Celts lost was because of Garnett being out. I really have enjoyed the Celts success as of late that is until they signed Marbury. As a Knicks fan I just detest him and put him up there with Manny, Mcguire, Clemens, T.O. and many others who are poor exuses for professional athletes and people. I just take a shot at that cornhole whenever I can. Honestly I think Cleveland/LA will be huge if it happens. I think Kobe/Lebron will be great for B-Ball fans!

He can't do anything w/o a prompter, he makes Bush look better every day.

Bachelorette Update:

My boy, Dave has been talkin chit to a dude with the worst pick up line ever.  His line was to throw her a ball and then say "I knew you were a great catch"...

On camera, Dave said that guy needed a kick in the sack and then said, "Yo, slick I'm not talking behind your back-- I'm talking to your face"

Then he got the "Impression Rose" ... he was the initial one with a rose.  Which means I have to watch for another week.

I hear yeah JT I think we just disagree on that. Yet I can say we do agree on this great quote you have (I love it JT):
