My supersweet D3 useless trivia of the day is that the University of Chicago has won more Big Ten Championships in all sports than Purdue and Northwestern.......still.

We got to work this trivia into whatever conversation inspires it.

You forgot we played Penn state-Harrisburg first before F&M, so it's at least 1 win there.

Their nickname in June was the Crimson Eagles, they now call themselves the Highlanders. I wonder if they considered the Terriers as a possibility.

Don't know if there were any teams nicknamed the Highlanders in D3 last year but this year we have at least 2 of them.
In addition to the aboved name Cairn Highlanders, Houghton College is now a member of the Empire 8 conference, as they transition over from the NAIA. They also are called the Highlanders.

Long-time D3 member MacMurray is also called the Highlanders.

Thanks Greg. I knew there was another team but couldn't recall who they were at the time of my post. I also figured someone would let me know. I kind of expected it to be Ralph Turner or you that would be that someone.

CCNy picks up a big win tonight over Vaughn, dropping them from the winless list in their first opportunity.  You know it had to be someone.

 The Albany Pharmicists mixed the wrong prescription in losing to Bard who was my winless choice;no more sleepless nites.
