This is a fair assessment (though I am unsure why you, as a Bethel fan, spend so much time watching SJU games).  To be honest, I think Syverson is better rolling out than sitting in the pocket, so it was nice to see them get success rolling him out.

This obviously isn't going to be a SJU team that pounds the ball between the tackles.  Trost is that kind of back, but they have not been able to get that type of offense rolling with this group.  So, they're going to have to get creative and take rushing yards where they can.

As mentioned, Zander Dittbenner finished the 4th Q at QB--he appears to be a threat with his legs--I wonder if he can throw the ball? 

Remember the days of Sam Sura (2014, 2015) when SJU threw the ball 15 times per game? 

I had to browse some old stats, but 2015 SJU/Bethel:
SJU rushing:  55 rushes for 183 yards (35 for 122 for Sura)
SJU passing:  7 of 14 for 99 yards
Final score:  21-0 SJU

So now I'm questioned why I watch an SJU game just because I'm a Bethel fan? I didn't know I wasn't supposed to watch a non Bethel game and didn't realize watching 2 SJU games was excessive. Well, let me try and explain it to you. Bethel played Macalester on Saturday and that game wasn't going to be a close/competitive game by any stretch. I would much rather watch a game where the 2 teams are more evenly matched rather than watch a blowout. SJU versus GAC was much more appealing to me, not to mention it was such a nice fall day to watch a football game and go for a short road trip in my Corvette.  And I don't know why you are so concerned with which games I watch - nice to know I'm living rent free in your head. 

I don't know you, and likewise, but when it feels like almost all of your posts are being argumentative, telling people why they're wrong, etc., maybe it's time to find another outlet?  You're not fun to interact with.

Not gonna lie, I was reading these last night thinking "RoyalFan must be really fun at parties." I've never met you in person, but you consistently beat a dead horse on multiple subjects, and seem to be overly argumentative over the most minutia of topics, when the rest of the board has moved on. Maybe it's just that this is all online and tone is being missed (though I think not), but your ability to "read the room/board" has never been something to write home about.

I wish Bethel had better than Mac, Olaf, and Augsburg to finish up (watch we crap the bed now). But I'd much rather have had Concordia or GAC in the last game or two before SJU. We can certainly use these to get healthy, but I'd rather see us playing good competition and staying sharp heading into SJU and potential playoff games than how things have stacked up. that's my take anyway

I admit the discussion about the non penalty on the fair catch went a bit too far, but what other things have I 'beaten a dead horse'? Oz said Bethel was 80% starting seniors and I just said that wasn't true, and Oz got all defensive about it, so is stating a fact being argumentative? I commented about the recent SJU game (just stating my observations about the game) and Duffman complained that I was commenting about SJU games. So who is being argumentative here?

Boston College of the Midwest^(tm) is the most prestigious by far, followed by golfing with Tiger Woods.  I might then put the Washington DC cocktail party circuit in third place but corvettes could make a solid fourth in the Ladder of Prestige.  Have I missed anything good?
