Of course you are - since you can't beat Hope when it matters :)   Your seniors are what, 2-7 vs Hope...

Dang I missed this board

Lots of MIAA theatre to catch up on.

No way I saw Calvin win one in MTI; esp this late in the season.
I'm surprised Hope is not ranked.

Welcome back to the Boards everyone.  Just wished the site would have crashed over the summer when nothing was happening rather than in the middle of basketball season. ::)

Looking forward to the semi's on Friday.  Some quick data on the two matchups

Without forecasting this weekend's result, my sense is that Hope's season has progressed much like last season--with the team gaining momentum as the season approaches its end. The addition of TJ McKenzie and his team-leading steals/minute has helped. They will, however, need to shoot better than last night's 34% to upend Calvin (which would likely merit a Pool C bid, Knight-Slappy?)

Back just in time to say see you next season.

Just kidding...I have a conference season full of things to say about the Brits that you all may be subjected to at some point!  For now, I will say that they put up a good fight last night.

Go Brits!

The board is back!!!! YES!!! Oh so many times I wished I had it this season. Top two I can think of were...

1. Wished there was an MIAA pick em... well... I would have done horribly, so...
2. Wished a Trine fan was able to explain to me what in the world happened against Olivet.

I've been getting by on Drew Pasteur's NCAA D3 Bracketology hoping to see Hope move from OUT to BUBBLE IN, all the while fully knowing they haven't and won't without beating Calvin again tomorrow...

Calvin and Trine look like comfortable at large (Pool C) selections. Hope needs to at least beat Calvin to stay in the at-large mix (and also look for few upsets around the country), but the Dutchmen likely need the AQ.

Clark and Albertus Magnus lost yesterday in upsets. I believe the losses should move Hope ahead of both teams. Shy of a slew of bid stealers, it's feeling more and more likely that if Hope can beat Calvin again tonight, they'll slide to the better side of the bubble. A loss and they're out.

A win for Hope tonight would certainly put them ahead of these teams and make them look bubble-in to me, pending potential upsets around the country.

A win for Calvin would keep hosting possibilities alive.

Clark won.  It was WPI who lost.
