I'll take the middle at 6'9," but after watching him multiple times (both in person and via streams,) he doesn't play anywhere close to his size in my opinion...  Likes to sit outside but doesn't have the footspeed to stay in front of wing type players.  I see him as a "project" type recruit where Lewis and company try to develop him and see if he can be productive as an upperclassmen.

Coach Lewis is willing to develop players, as I understand that others coaches have troves of cash to buy a team instantly. But he also plays a lot of young players.  Clearly cash options must not be the case in Point WBB, I am chagrined by that. But chicken market is tight, bird flu is an issue. Someday I will be a donor.

James Lake has left UW-Stout for an assistant job back in his home state of Michigan at Central Michigan. UW-Stout assistant top Tom Webb named interim head coach for the 2025-2026 season.

Condolences to the family of long-time UWEC Blugold broadcaster Mike Sullivan, 75, who passed away Monday after a short battle with leukemia. A fixture in Chippewa Valley sporting events, Sully was the voice of the Blugolds for 40+ years...

Interesting how different schools decide to do it differently.

Just two years ago Dernbach left UW-La Crosse for UW-Stevens Point on April 27.

UW-La Crosse went through the full posting, interviews, and hired Gritzmacher June 22.

UW-Stout has an opening on April 23, names an interim, and won't post the position until after the 2025-2026 season.
