TDT-- go to nbcolympics.com     you can find pics and bios of the women' curling team there.   The U.S. women's team is hot, especially when I saw the UK women's team--they looked quite manish.

Limp Bizkit to warm up to?  Must have been a distraction technique that didn't work.
Playing the Hamms jingle before a game would have taken me out of football concentration.
I'd post a lot more if I had a real job

Here's the members of the women's curling team for the US.

I'll leave the fourth one for TDT, I think.

Whoa Nelly

The two blondes are nice to look at.  Usually women's curling teams look like a conference of female Phy. Ed. teachers.

I think the womens curling team is from Bemidji!!!

Whoa Nelly

They are from Bemidji - and I believe all of the men's team is as well.

I do regret not trying the sport while in college - Fargo/Moorhead has a club.  My life was consumed with other bar sports...like drinking.

From what I understand of curling, it's mostly drinking, with some curling thrown in.  I work with a pretty serious curler.

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Great to see Kurt Ramler get the coaching position at Carleton. He is a Chaska boy, so you know he will be a tremendous success. ;) I believe he has been coaching the last few years at Heidelberg, a team in the same conference as Mount Union. He knows what it is like to get pounded by the best in the nation, only now it will be the Johnnies instead of the Raiders.

Usually a couple token Hamms near the Pace Arrow with finsleft.  Then we head to Sal's for a patty melt/cheesy browns and/or the La Playette where I usually dance like its 1999.

I never did any acid but I think I just had a really bad flashback.

Well I guess that gives us all something to shoot for anyway.

Nelly, you know that Superman Bode Miller would definietly drink while Curling, that's just how he rolls.

BTW Closed Circuit to Whoa Nelly:  I heard Maxwell is now the head baseball coach at Buffalo Lake/Hector.... poor kids.
RB George Rogers, about the upcoming season:
"I want to rush for 1,000 or 1,500 yards, whichever comes first."

Whoa Nelly

Maxwell - how could he leave BOLD, home of Flann, Fischer, and Albino Tom Osthus?

Maxwell with a fungo bat is a scary thought.  Even scarier is the type of people they give teachers licenses to now a days (see Flann, above)  ;)
