RT! Here is what you do.....

At some point when you know your GF has some cash in the bank, just ask her if you can borrow (6K or near 6k) because you need cash for something quick (car, friends bail, emergency mortgage that you forgot to pay, etc...)and you dont have access to your bank account (you lost your card and are out of checks)  Make sure you do this on a Friday or Saturday night when you and GF know that the banks will be closed for two days.  Then, when you actually have the cash from her, stash it somewhere, and go back to her and say "thanks for the money, Id give it back to you but I forgot you already owe me 6K.

Now, there is no paper trail for either transaction (I think you said when you lent her the 6K before there wasnt) and you have your money back.

Just be carefull the next few nights that she doesnt pull a Lorena Bobbitt on you though.

JU's proposition, while it could work, is a fairly dangerous one I'm thinking.

I think JU forgot to add, USE some of that $6K and change all door and window locks, and purchase a fine Honeywell security system from your neighborhood friendly LD11.

Yes... borrow money, get one of these PODS storage units, put all of her crap in it, change locks, give her the key to the POD, wear a cup around town for a week or 2, boo bam.

JU, this is probably one of the worst pieces off LLPP advice that has ever been dished out.  I mean they live in 'toga, there is about a 89% chance that they may run into each other any given night of the week!
