Piedmont (Ga.) to join USA South
www.theseniorreports.com/naiadiv3.htm

The addition of Piedmont ensures the USA South will retain its automatic NCAA Division III qualifying berth in each ot its men's sports (basketball, baseball, tennis golf, soccer), except for cross country, which were placed in jeopardy of losing that berth with the impending exodus of Shenandoah University from the league after the 2011-12 academic year.

well that pretty much destroys the gsac and leaves Covenant and Huntingdon out in the cold. That pair should lobby for usa south invites too or maybe have a trade with some women's school's going into the gsac. I guess berry is waiting on the scac, which could have spot open soon if colorado college accepts its d2 invite.
