Can someone tell me the process for becoming an All American?  Are the athletes nominated by AD's?  Coaches?  Does a team that does well have more nominations?  Just curious about the process...

The NSCAA All-american process is unknown to me. The D3soccer.com process begins after the season wraps and has the SIDs nominating players over a short period of time. Then a group of coaches and SIDs votes on those who have been nominated, along with votes from D3soccer.com staff.

Last year was the first year for the D3soccer.com AA Team.
