I updated the Guidebook for the 2012-13 season including some historical notes.  I also made the information more accessible so you don't have to sort through hundreds of pages for what you want.

Their all graduated now, but look at the All conference team at the conclusion of the 09-10 season in the LEC: SO, SR, SO, SO, SO, JR

Yeah.  Those types of nuggets can tell you whether a conference is due for a drop off or rise.
