John,

Sorry, that came off wrong. I was expecting his percentage to be higher simply because I was using St. Norbert's recent dominance and stellar records the last few years. I had forgotten about his first few lean years.

Sorry I mistook your statement. I think we're in the same page!

Logie (Whitworth) will likely top the winning % list next year once he's eligible as this is his 5th year. Currently at .858, of course since he inherited a great team/program year 5-10 will be more telling of his abilities as a head coach. The X's and O's have been great, the recruiting needs to be a little better if they want to continue to compete at the highest level in d3.

It's minimum 10 years coaching for the list.

Pg 39, winningest active coaches, only a 5 yr minimum. No idea what "list" you are talking about...

Right after that is a list with the winningest coaches of all time (page 40) and that one requires 10 years. But the list of active coaches (which is the topic of this thread) requires five as you pointed out.

I had no idea that Centre's coach had that many wins.

Amber Warners is in her 14th year as head coach of the Calvin volleyball program.  She also served as interim head volleyball coach at Hope College in 1994. In 14 years as a head collegiate volleyball coach prior to the 2015 season, Warners has compiled an impressive won-loss record of 415-76 for a winning percentage of .845 that ranks her second among active NCAA III coaches for winning percentage. In 14 years as Calvin's head coach, she has compiled a won-loss record of 394-65 for a winning percentage of .859.
Now if we could only get our men's bball coach to figure out how she does it. :)
