Who are the TOP Players returning for the 2011-2012 basketball season

For Christopher Newport, senior Conley Taylor and sophmore Tre Benefield will be big.

We lost two seniors to graduation and one junior to a car accident since last season, but I think we still have a chance to challenge NC Wesleyan for the USAC title.

I think Chris Blees could be someone to watch. He was the SCIAC POY as a soph and jr and was a pre-season all american mention in 2010-11, helped CMS upset the #1 NAIA team, only to blow out his knee in the 2nd game of the year last year.

From all indications he should be ready to go this year again. I'm interested to see how he responds off the injury.

Whitworth has 3 guys.  Jack Loofburrow will  a score like a madman and Wade Gebbers will be a force at point guard.  Felix Freidt is a load at the post.
