I don't know if this game counts (exhibition) however,  Penn (NCAA-D1) 112 Stockton 63 at the Palestra around Thanksgiving.  Article claimed the Palestra has hosted more  NCAA games than any other arena in the country. 🤔

Yeah, not sure when others might catch up, but it's a hundred years old and had at least five teams playing most of their home games there for 75 or so of those years.
