The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Is that a regional? The NCCAA website says the D-I tourney is two weeks from now.

Yes, it was a regional round.  We don't know which round it was as Bethel (Indiana) might still get an invite to the NAIA tournament and eliminate the need for a regional championship game.

Bethel (Indiana) didn't make the NAIA field of 32.

At the time of my post they hadn't released the field yet.  The regional championship game is going to be played 3/14 at Bethel.

Understood. I was just giving the update after the NAIA announced the field.

Good luck to Northwestern in their push for the NCCAA D-1 title.

How was that trip of a lifetime? Hadn't noticed that u were back on the board Mar 4.

hopefan

Ronk... very nice of you to ask... the trip of a lifetime was exactly that.... we flew to Sydney, cruised Australia and New Zealand... our timing could not have been better, saw rain only one day (a day when we had no excursion scheduled), fires were all over (never saw even smoke ), and most important, we beat the corona virus by days, returning end of February (Norwegian had numerous safety protocol procedures in place already, and I never heard of any cases coming out of the cruise).
And goodness, Australia excursions were good, New Zealand was even better... only downside was the lengthy flights.....

Good to hear! A friend visited New Zealand for 3 weeks in Feb; 1 of her excursions(boat) couldn't return because of 6" rain in 20 hours flooded the dock area(Medford Sound); spent 3 days at sea instead til they landed somewhere else and were helicoptered back to their tour.
