Wow - some unexpected losses to NAIA-2s there.  Not a good day.

Listen Mr. Ypsi -

I have tried to be patient with you over the yars, but you patent lack of respect for the coaching staff forces me to take drastic actions.  You are now suspended for 4 games and we won't play you after that.  Go find a friendly arbiter.

C

ps - Just kidding.  I am certianly on the lower tier of HOF members.  But you better mention PAt next time!  He can get grumpy.

Coach,

My most abject apologies for leaving you off the list of HoFers - it shall not happen again! :-[ ;D

But I deliberately don't include Pat - he is on his own plane!  You HoFers are merely exalted mortals - he is The Guru!

Coach C

A plane?  Pat got a plane?

I mean I knew things were improving financially, but I had no idea that he got a plane!!!!

And yeah - I am quite mortal.  no doubt there.

now fdf, I know you're feeling good, but i already posted scores of the 25th, including our beloved Hope's, on the previous page.   Let's not rub it in our foe's faces too much!!!! :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Mr. Ypsi

With Hope going 2-0 and Calvin going 0-2, looks like the wrong MIAA team was ranked! ;D

cabs - I swear I read the games posted from the 25th twice and didn't see the Hope score - damn bifocals anyway   >:(

Your assesment of the preseason rankings would be agreed upon by almost everyone in the MIAA chat room - there are two MIAA teams ranked that probably shouldn't be - and one that should be that isn't (yet  ;D )

Your objection about the games of the 25th should be to hopefan, not me!  (But I agree about the bifocals!) ;)

Barring any changes due to games yet to be played, I'd say Hope is definitely IN, Calvin is definitely OUT - and I'm agnostic about any other MIAA teams!!

Flying Dutch Fan

OK - now I not only miss the posting of the Hope game score from the 25th, I'm appologizing to the wrong poster.

hopefan - my appologies

Boy I hope my wife doesn't read this - she's been claiming I'm losing my mind  :o

cabs - any chance you're making the trip to Holland this coming weekend for the MIAA/CCIW challenge?

I'd sure like to, but it looks like family obligations won't permit it.

It looks like there has been a bloodless coup in here...wherefore art thou, Rhodes?  ???

David & smedindy: I assure you there's been no foul play involved.  :D
hopefan is doing a great job and I'm more than happy to let him do the bulk of the work. I can now get a little more sleep, post more in other rooms and read a bit more of the site.

hopefan: Keep up the good work.

P.S. Is Briarcliffe a member of the USCAA or a former member? I'm not sure what the dates in parentheses next to the school's name means.
