WashU takes on SIU tonight.  This should be a fantastic match-up for the pre-season.  If only they'd schedule them when it counts.

On another note, I see that the GSAC Board has been reduced to Matt Grubb's (aka Brent Watts) pablum without me to post on it.  Figures...  Bye, bye...

Looking at this list, I'm wondering what the rule is for the new D3 provisionals.

You've included Lincoln Christian as D3, but show St. Vincent and Lancaster Bible under their old affiliations. No mention either way of Lyndon St. or SUNY Morrisville.

PAbegg -- any chance you have that 2001-02 or 2000-01 scores database we've been talking about for the past 12 months?

pabegg: I classified St. Vincent and Lancaster Bible as non-D3 because I was following the current scoreboard--i.e., these schools were listed in black print. I didn't now they were provisional D3 schools. Lincoln Christian was listed as D3 because they were printed in blue with a link. As a rule, I've been listing D3 provisionals as D3, so I'll probably change all the schools you mentioned to D3.

To all: If you see a school that is misclassified or is questionable, please speak up.

Lancaster Bible is not provisional yet, to my understanding. St. Vincent was listed by the NCAA as having asked for a deferment, but it seems to have been denied or a false report from the NCAA.
