But the NCAA has schools classified in other divisions even though they are transitioning up or down.

Puget Sound owns 2 of the 11 wins against the D2...not bad!

uh oh  Rhodes, the Log man just pointed out an error that we both may have - I only had the Puget win over Cal State - their win over Bemidji had defaulted to D3 because I misspelled it  -  that would be another win over D2, or 15 on my sheet, 12 on yours.......

Sorry to 'nitpick'....
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

I agree with the non-D3 status for both of 'em.

Thank you Myles Brand Jr. for your opinion.

I just went over the scores again. I have 12 D3 wins vs. D2 foes. I listed 11 in the totals because I didn't include Stevens Point's win over Northern Michigan, which was listed by PointSpecial. I'll change the total now to 12.

Hopefully this puts the matter to rest. Although I doubt it.  ;)

St. Joe's Brooklyn is one of those that are soon moving to D-3, right?

It appears that they are D-III with some sports but their website still lists the mens basketball team as USCAA and in the HVAC.  (Love that Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning conference.)  That is what I was basing it on.

I have St. Joe's-Brooklyn classified as D3. I believe they're a first-year D3 provisional member.

Right. There was a great huzzah in the air when I found their schedule.

So are they D3, USCAA or something in between.  They are scheduled for the D3 independents tournament at the end of the season but also have the USCAA tournament listed on the schedule.  Kind of like a D3 step child right now.
