Pardon the interruption as I talk about basketball attendance:

The attendance numbers have been released by the NCAA, and Hope once again lead the nation for DIII Men.  In fact, only 1 DII school had higher attendace than Hope.   As noted by another poster on the MIAA board, this even got a bit of attention on a Yahoo/Rivals blog:

How dare you defile the Best Attendance room by talking about best attendance, FDF!

"Mr. Orange Shorts" just doesn't get this thread! ;D

But congratulations to Hope anyway - VERY impressive to beat all but one d2 team, and about half of d1 teams. :D

AND he's coming up on a milestone, himself! ;)

Well I ain't gonna catch Pat or Ralph, but I am #3 to 15K! 8-)

When people tell me to 'get a life', I respond that I've got one - being retired, it just happens to be d3boards.com!  And Shelby STILL gets a trip to the dog park nearly every day! ;D

Mr. Ypsi

Ooh, with this board you never know! :P  Pat apparently did some housecleaning somewhere, and I'm suddenly 15 posts below 15K. ;D

I guess that means I get to party twice! :D

I know I hit 8,000 posts at least twice.  I don't pay as much attention to pot numbers anymore.

Pat periodically cleans out pick'ems rooms in order to save bandwidth, leaving the final tally from last year but eliminating everything else.

We also cleared out some soccer boards in order to consolidate how we present that section and make it a little easier to get into.

I apologize -- there isn't any way to do that without deleting the posts, at least not that I've found.

Is is possible to create an "archive" section for each sport and move old threads there once they have died?  Or would that still eat up the bandwidth?
