Right on, smed.  I believe the whole point of "burrying" posts here was to mock the supossed status that comes from large numbers of posts.

Heck, I'm over 3000 and who the heck cares what I have to say?

That's 'cause you're a mere rookie, Hoops! ;) ;D

1000...  I may be behind you guys, but what you spew in quantity, I articulate with quality (or maybe just very long posts...  I think GS holds the top "long post" distinction... but I've gotta be up there too.  I'm really wordy!)

.... or something like that...!

Either way, I'm just happy to be in the 4 digit club...  makes me feel like a bigger person...  Ok, I lied.  I'm a big enough person as it is!   ;)

And wow... I can't believe you beat me here DC!  That's what I get for hitting the old "preview" button instead of just posting!

Right place, right time: I witnessed a 1000th post and a 2500th post tonight, in different rooms.  :)

Congrats, PS.  A high-quality first thou!

I'm coming for you April.

:D You've already passed me... and before I even found this post too!  :D :D :D I remember seeing that you were close to 3000 a few days ago... and I was looking forward to giving you your props... but OH MY GOSH... HOW MANY POSTS HAVE YOU MADE IN THE LAST WEEK??? :P

Maybe your not wordy, you're just confused? They don't call it BS for nothing. :D Lol... or it could just be that you were playing all those years while we were just posting ;)

Soooo true!! Anyone who can make me feel like a midgit is TALL! :o

Congratulations to two of my favorite posters!

(ignores smed 500 landmark) :P  ;)

Edit: Okay... I just did a check on Hoopsfan's recent posts... 28 already today, 44 yesterday... okay... just admit it, you're really trying to catch Pat!  :o

Aw, April, why'd you have to add that edit?! :(  I was going to predict that not only would Hoops Fan inevitably catch me, but at his recent pace he should blow by Pat before they crown a champ in Salem!

If Hoops Fan gets close to Pat, I wouldn't be surprised if he wakes up one day to find his counter reset to zero.  :D

I had a two-week long 4 hour per day class that ended a few days ago.  It (and the amazing wireless access) gave me plenty of time to post all over the place.

Really, I was hoping for this to stay under wraps, but I was racing Ypsi to 4000.  Now that the cat's out of the bag, I'm not sure I can keep up with it; especially when I have to be at work all-day now.

Being at work all day is what allows me to post so much.  Go look at the times of most of my posts.

I am fifth on the list only 42 posts behind Greg Sager.

:D I'm laughing because at one point Chuck was vainly trying to catch up to me, and I was third on the post list... only to Pat and Ralph, whom I had no hope of catching anyway... I had so many posts people started making a pool!. Where am I now? Like... 20th? Waah!  :)

Greetings from 29 Palms, aka the middle of absolutely freeking nowhere. (Think sand, tumbleweed, and roadrunners... meep meep!) Considering the fact that I was originally planning on spending this Sat through next Sat in a big Midwest hoops spree in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan, at WIAC, MWC, CCIW, and MIAA conf tourney games and I am now chilling in my Prius on a Marine base, I definitely deserve some best attendance demerit points. :-/ Oh, the things we do for the people we love! :D

I hope you guys will forgive me eventually. :D
