Chuck if I'm still in the area, I have the Friday night games circled on my calender.

Saturday is taken. ;)

Scott, I'll look forward to it!  I'll try to see who we can round up on Let's Talk MIAA closer to the date - it's so dominated by Hope and Calvin, I can't recall at the moment who there is from Albion!

The Albion contingent isn't as supersweet as it used to be.

Football season...and it did not come too soon.

Thanks to Pat Coleman for all that he does.

Ralph, you're letting us down, man.  I think Pat is still pulling away! ;D

Barring something catastrophic (carpal tunnel ???), the top 5 look set for the indefinite future: Pat, Ralph, Hoops, me, and Greg.  But a real battle for 6th, with Knightstalker, 'gro, and Old School fighting it out!  Stay tuned for future developments! ;)

With his occasional blizzard of posts (and longevity), I'm surprised K-Mack isn't higher on the list, but I guess he's just never discovered the beauty of d3 beyond football! :(

Gregory Sager

I'm quite willing to slide down the list, if at all possible. The more people who've posted than me, the more people to whom I can point when those annoying "get a life" retorts rear their ugly heads. ;)

Well, I actually have a bit more of a life this fall, which really equals: I'm not working a job with not enough to do and ready computer access, so I expect my posting rate will go down a bit this season as compared to last.  But, I'll be here through election day, so the useless waste of space posts will continue until then.

It means I haven't quite doubled you up just yet.

Mr. Ypsi

And you have just over 25% of Ralph's total.

But I believe you have the lead among LG faithful! ;D

smedindy

Yes, and I may be up there in "posts per hours on the site" measure as well!

This is a lot less fun without April, but nevertheless I'll note that this is my 4,000th post.  :)

Mr. Ypsi

Yeah, especially since she 'should' be announcing her 8,000th about now! :'(

Congratulations on 4,000 - I figure only about 6,000 more and I will be up to 4,000 posts that I didn't regret posting. ;D

Heh!

By the way, DC ... love your tagline. ;) And is that the Olivier Hamlet fondling poor Yorick's skull?

Might as well commemorate post 5150 here.

It is indeed Olivier (what else would you expect from me?), although I expect he's holding a stage prop rather than the actual skull of a deceased court jester.

I trust that my friends at Wittenberg take my tagline jest in good humor.  :-* I was watching Hamlet (Olivier, 1948) the other night and when Gertrude (Eileen Herlie) delivered that line, I knew I had to use it.  It's just too bad that Shakespeare had nothing to say about Wabash!  :D
