The Bard would approve of Wabash. My freshman year, I took a Shakespeare class from the Poet-In-Residence and living legend Don Baker, and it was an outstanding examination of The Bard.

Certainly Shakespeare had something to say about Giants, even Little Giants?? Heh...

Six oh oh oh!

Congratulations.  You're half-again better than me in nearly every way, including this one.   :)

Thanks, but I need to point out that you're almost exactly half-again better than me in karma. ;)

Mr. Ypsi

While some might shy away from announcing post #666, #6666 seems safe (and was cool to type. :)

Does anyone talk about attendance in here anymore, or does everyone just announce milestone posts?

Ryan Scott (Hoops Fan)

Hope kind of ends the attendance debate, so yeah, it's become a place to post milestones.  It's just hidden away so people have to be really dedicated to find it.

I still talk about attendance...!  But I'm about the only one.

Nobody had cracked the top three of Hope, Calvin, and Illinois Wesleyan for about the last 10 years or so...  until last year, when Wooster was #2.  See my post HERE

Some have come close (UWSP averaged about 1900 during the second championship run, and Platteville averaged just under 2000 during one (or a couple?) of their championship runs too.

If we are talking attendance, McMurry and Hardin-Simmons play on Saturday afternoon.

The only question concerning the attendance might be the conflict between Abilene High School, which is in the State Quarterfinals/Regional Finals (game #14) in Texas Stadium at 1 pm, and the HSU-McM game.

Abilene High beat Southlake Carroll HS (of ESPN fame) 22-21 in the Regional Seimfinals last weekend.  Attendance in Texas Stadium was 20,000 for that high school football game.

I think the only attendance that matters is the attendance of those on THIS board!  8)
