Let's go Bash!  Show 'em what the (top of the) NCAC can do!

Uh oh.

Hudson not starting . . . stomach virus.

Dustin Huff in at QB for first time since the Franklin game in Week 1.  Great story for him to come back from that horrible injury.

Well, that official post didn't last long. New post.  :D

The nightmarish 1st quarter is over. This is as disappointing as can possibly be.

Huff passes downfield and it's picked off again. Damnit.

Does CC make the switch back here?

Don't know why they had to stop play to clear the snow from the goal line, didn't seem to make much of a difference  :-\

Hudson is picked off

quick TD for UWW: 28-0

3 picks by UWW in the 1st quarter and they lead 28-0. can't turn the ball over. 3 short fields

Game over boys...good season...still not ready to play with the big boys...apparently not much progress since Mount a few years back. :'(

At this point in the game, it didn't really matter if they put Hudson in.  Wabash's momentum/chemistry was screwed up the minute Huff started the game, and Hudson's confidence was shaken since he wasn't given the nod as the starter despite all that he had already done this season.  If Wabash can't come back from this deficit (which I hope they do), it's a sad way to get the answer to the "do you bring an injured starter back or stick with the hot hand" question.

Update: I misread that Hudson was sick with a virus.  So that nullifies the "confidence shaken for not getting the start" portion of my argument.  My apologies.

I'm confused.  Was Hudson sick/injured, or was the Huff start a tactical decision?

C'mon boys, there's a ton of work to be done, but we've got plenty of time.
