I agree we will be fine and I believe that the level of hitting against the Woo and Witt defenses was the highest we had seen to that point.  The Witt turnovers, the int's, were caused by pressure and a strong defensive backfield that made you pay for your mistakes.   As I still, from where I was sitting (webcast), don't believe Sobecki's fumble in the 1st was a fumble, without replay, I give it to the stripes.  BTW, that was a great defensive play to jump that swing pass.

There were 2 or 3 passes that Hudson threw on Saturday that floated over the middle.  Luckily, the only players anywhere close were LG's.   In the playoffs, floaters across the middle get picked.   Not to be critical of Hudson, he played a nice game, point being that in the playoffs, "You can't throw a bad pitch"

One game at a time..... prepare for Oberlin.

What a warrior Lemond is, dinged up and still very much in the game.

Holter in space, is something to watch.  His speed is deceptive.

I like UW-W as much as the next guy, but the coach who voted UW-W #1 this week probably doesn't need to be voting anymore.   >:(

#3? Wow.  The pollsters punished harshly and rewarded mightily.

/I am reading a biography of Pol Pot and had a lot of references that I thought were apt, but decided not to post. However, I am glad that Pat does not run his site like the Khmer Rouge.

Wow...how the mediocre have fallen..."EVEN" versus Hiram.....
This game will be THE barometer for the program.
If the Bishops don't win by at least 17 pts....I'll call
John Cooper to see if he can commute from his house
in Columbus to Delaware to baby sit.

Awesome, BnG! I don't know what it is but there's something that I love about facilities upgrades.

"However, the win did not come without sacrifice as star running back R.V. Carroll went down with a severe knee injury in the third quarter. Carroll, who was making a bid to become the school's all-time rushing leader, racked up 147 yards on 23 carries – including a 40-yard touchdown before he forced to leave the game."  ---Oberlin article after OWU game

...anyone know any more information?  He ripped the Bishops for 3 quarters...  Hate to see seniors injured their senior years.

Just kidding, BB16. In all seriousnes, the fact they called it "severe" bodes ill. I hope they're wrong and RV can play again this year.
