Or pull a Wooster and not have a game on Homecoming...  ::)

That was brutal.  They did y'all dirty on that deal...say what you will about the choice made to simply make a previously scheduled league game not count for the standings, they should have made every effort to make sure a team didn't lose important dates ilke Homecoming.

If that would have happened at Wabash, the plush NCAC offices in Cleveland would be on fire. Like Tommy's.

Dude!  Too soon.

Dude Wally- awesome! ;) ;D   +k !

DVDs of the Game are in at the Bookstore.   :D  Mine arrived in the mail last evening.  Pizza, beer, and Wabash wins again ... 47-0.  Great way to spend a Friday evening ... or again saturday morning ... or again saturday evening.  Great early Xmas present to myself.  You may want to get yours.  And a Merry Christmas to all Little Giants, NCACers and everyone.

We got bundles of snow up here. Wonder what the weather is like in Whitewater??

Awesome!.... It is the gift that keeps on giving.   Watched it on DVR yesterday again myself.  Yoder was rediculous, imagine your career game rushing the ball being like that.  (Much credit to the big fellas up front!)
Why should you go for it on 4th down?

I am more convinced than ever that no one can play two quality halves of Football with UWW or Mount.   Their depth and coaching will always take over in the second half.

They are impressive.  And both of these teams won national semifinal games handily with backup QBs.  How many teams can lose their starter at the most important position in the game and steamroll final four caliber teams?  It's ridiculous.

Next week's championship should be outstanding.  Whitewater hasn't won quite as impressively as Mount Union has through this tournament, but I think Whitewater has played slightly stronger teams overall.  I don't see a clear favorite here.

I think the teams UWW played were significantly better than the UMU opponents. IF not for the simple face UWW had 2 road games and UMU had none. That said, this should be a great game and I don't know who to give the edge to either. The NCC/UWW game was not a steamroll. If NCC doesn't turn the ball over 3x in the 4th Q(which were UWW takeaways) then NCC beats them. UWW and UMU are the 2 best teams but NCC is not very far away and the rest of the field....welll, they are way back.

BashDad

UMU is going to throw all over UWW next week. I don't think it will be close...

I agree there, 3.  I think it's Mount in a runaway.

wally_wabash

Oh, the Raiders will throw for sure.  Everybody has against the Warhawks so far in this tournament.  If Mount Union can be the first team to throw it a bunch without turning it over to Whitewater...that'll be the key.

If you haven't seen this, I direct you to it.  It is hosted by Wabash's long snapper but is about Kevin McCarthy '12 Cross Country All American.  I think it highlights what the NCAC and its student athletes are all about.
