I think you wait until it's published first!  ;)

Perhaps Mr. Harris was waiting until soccer was done yesterday.

I don't think you should be hesitant to describe accomplishment or, as you referred, your reticent to "sound elitest".  Frankly, Griz person ... as per the data you pointed out ... Franklin is just not of the NCAC standard.  It was asked and you answered.  Not a problem, but that is just the facts ma'am.

Okay, so I wait for it.  How do I FIND it, though...   Who is going to the Wabash-OWU game?  I plan on being there...

Good info from Wabash SID: Since LG's joined NCAC in 2000,
they have a 7-0 record vs Bishops

I wouldn't get too worked up over that.  Wabash is something-and-0 against most NCAC teams since joining the league (Denison, Earlham, Hiram, Kenyon, Oberlin, OWU).  Since 2004, Wabash is something-and-0 against every NCAC team other than Witt.

Just took a couple of minutes out of the day to roam the DIV III Statistics thus far for 2011

Random findings -

Wabash  - #7 in the Nation in Kickoff Return yardage & #24 in Rushing Offense

Witt - #3 in Passing Offense, #24 in Total Offense and #22nd in rushing defense - Zoeller #12 in Pass Effic.

Oberlin -  #3 in Total Defense

Gheny -  #14 in net punting

Denison - #8 in rush defense

Hiram - #27 in sacks

Wooster -  #220 in scoring offense  (granted they have played two quality teams to start the year)

That 2004 season was rough!  Still remember losing to Gheny at home, losing to the Dannies, etc.  That was the season before Russ Harbaugh's transformation in to a Gagliardi Finalist QB...aka "the Surgeon."  Whatever he did that off-season, worked wonders.

Wally - that's pretty strong man, the something - 0 record in the NCAC.

Wonder if CJ will ge to Espo this weekend!

Boy was it.....Russ was in a weird place that season.   Friction with CC, inconsistency on the field etc.   It's actually a topic of my new made for TV mini-series..... "Am I In or Am I Out".....coming to Espn 17 Sping 2012.

If 2004 wouldn't have happened,  2005 would not have been possible for him and the entire team for that matter.   The whole team grew up a bunch that season.

WAF!

What's the mood like in C'ville and Indiana? Are people getting stoked for the home debut of the Little Giants? Are the Sphinx Club grills fired up yet? Are there any Sphinx Club rhynies being hazed? (unofficially, of course...)

I'm headed over to Naples (area) tomorrow to watch D3 football! Well, one D3 team. Birmingham Southern goes to Ave Maria to inaugurate Ave Maria's home football experience.

I'm going to root for BSU, of course.
