Matlak just said Belton was "difference in the game." I agree. That drive after Gheny took the 4th quarter lead was BigTime.

I agree #3.....More giving Gheny credit where credit is due.....than me slighting Wabash. they execute a couple more plays at the end, it is a long ride back.....

I gotcha. Believe me, I'm relieved. I just think it's a perfect time of year to be tested and to struggle out a win. Any undefeated team will have a game in the books like this. Win ugly, baby.

BashDad - I agree. Wabash needed a good test to get ready for next week. It got one today. The Little Giants showed a lot fo heart today, and got a win. More importantly, they got a loud wake up call to really focus on getting ready for next week. Allegheny played well today and deserves congrats for a well played game.

Wow! Next week travel to watch Wooster play Kenyon, or haul up to Crawfordsville and watch the game of the year. Have permission to go to either one. No big game trips so far this year. That is easy.
Bash people, can"t a game like next week's truly be bigger than the Monon Bell game? Especially this year? And after last year? Be honest.

BashBro - the Hard Hat D came up with plays when it had to with the game on the line. They tapped into that little extra reserve that hadn't been needed yet, but will be needed big time for here on out.

Bishops win 44-24 but I don't know if id be pleased with the victory...
a win is a win I know that but we beat a Kenyon team that is now 0-8 and has won in 21 games.
