Wabash Always Fights!!

Here's the thing...I don't think the defense has been getting abused by NCC's run game.  They had one big rip on the long drive at the end of the half.  Other than that, NCC has had to grind hard for those rush yards.  They are averaging 4.4 ypc which is well below what they average.  We're at 21-0 right now because of turnovers and special teams...these are the areas that decide every big game.  Clean up those areas and find a pulse for this offense and Wabash can get back in it here.

Saw Belton in uniform on the sidelines.  Did he play at all in the beginning of the game or has it been all Burke?

I think Belton was wearing a boot in that shot.  Couldn't really tell, though.

As bad as Burke was in the first, he was farther in the other direction in the second.  D played well in the second as well.  Lot of mistakes from NCC helped things. 

And I don't have to eat my hat because NCC didn't run for 276.

Burke's performance is legendary. This game puts him up there with Knott. Incredible, incredible performance.

Wow ...I am so proud to be a Wabash man. Wabash ALWAYS Fights. Burke did it. What a game. This is maybe the best game I have ever seen as a Wabash man. See you next week in Alliance.
