1:57 in the 3rd...Wabash is getting beaten like red headed step children.  Gross, feeble, weak, and pathetic play by Wabash all around. The coaching is equally pathetic.

I have a great deal of respect for CP Porter, but he has run like a grade schooler today.  Why has Raeburn not been running Klembara more??  WTF?

Putko has been anemic at best.  He is a weak QB....and I am not the first one to bring this to the table. I don't give a rats ass that he is a sophomore.

Gross, gross, gross...

Franklin would beat Wabash 60-0 today.

Just telling it like it is....hate me if you want.

DePauw wins 24-13. Should have been far worse. They were 1 busted coverage away from a really nice defensive day against a really bad team. On the bright side, they should have their hands on what Wittenberg has done by this evening.

Why should you go for it on 4th down?

You might want to reconsider this - early in the 4th Q, Franklin trails 2-6 Bluffton, 17-10! :o

Well, I didn't go the game because I had to take the daughter car-shopping, but I come back to this?!  WTF?!  Looks a lot like two games I recall from last year on our turf...
Been rooting for Dear Old Wabash since 1976...

Wabash is showing their ass today - completely losing their cool.

All the credit to Wittenberg - they took it to the LGs today.

Wabash's performance was poor today against a very good team.   There has been no action on the Monon Bell board to date. Today's outcomes will sure change that.

My observations from Wabash/Witt, if you're interested:

Very poor game on both front lines for Wabash. Didn't think Witt did anything very complex today. Very elementary blitzes and stunts from a 4 down front. Very surprised how much Wabash's front struggled with it. Couldn't get the zone play going. Couldn't pass pro. I think you just blitz them and play tight man on the outside. That's the plan for the next week. If you play soft zone, you get carved.

Defensively, Witt just has better dudes at skill than Wabash does in the secondary. Witt's OL handled all the pressure from Wabash exceptionally well. Florence had all day. Able to get their run fits. I don't think it had much to do with X's and O's as much as the Jimmy's and Joe's. Wabash's D won't have any trouble with DePauw's struggling O next week. That ejection may make a difference, though, if it's not overturned.

Obviously Witt's 35 is mostly on the defense and the specials, but, my main takeaway is this: If you do not give Wabash turnovers and big plays in specials, they are vulnerable. I think that's good news for next week for DePauw. There will be lots of punts next week, I just hope Wabash has some of them.

Franklin trialing Bluffton 17-10 with 8 min or so left.  Looks bad for the GRIZ today as well  WOW is all I can say about that.

4 turnovers for the GRIZ, 3 in Bluffton territory. Went for it on 4th down at the 10 and didn't get it.

Forgive the ignorance but why doesn't #35 play more than #3 at RB?  I thought he looked better?  Maybe 3 just had an off day.

I think every one of the Bash guys would have said "uh oh" if someone told them their QB was going to chuck it 50 times today.
