I doubt if this phrase fits in the MU football vernacular; however, it was an integral component of the Witt dining experience of yesteryear.

Random musings:

I thought I left all remnants of pregame jitters in Whitewater. This morning is proving otherwise. Man, a win would be huge for the Tigers and the NCAC while maybe altering the perception of Mount somewhat.

As always, control of the trenches is critical. Witt must at least hold their own while winning the battle on some critical plays.

When Witt catches Mount in the D they want for the play run, they have to hit the play. Conversely, when Mount blows a play up give them credit and forget it. I expect Mount to be pretty aggressive on D from the get go which could present an opportunity if Witt has everyone on the same page and they can execute.

Witt's usual empty backfield, goalline O scares me even more this week. Seeing visions of Huffman suffering the bilateral earhole shots at, again, Whitewater.

The support on this board and the respect over on the OAC board has been great; HSCoach's opinion is held in high regard and is precipitating concern among the Raider faithful.

I thought a Witt-Mount meeting might be enough to prod a 70'sraider diatribe on the Tigers.

Uh oh.  Witt fumbles a QB/RB exchange.  That's the kind of thing that Witt can't afford today.  First big mistake by either offense today. 

Mount Union is killing themselves with formation penalties.  What is it with Witt and lining up correctly?  Wabash had that problem also.

I'm not sure if Spencer Leno stole the ball from Mitchell on that last Mount Union scoring drive or not.  Tune it at 10 pm EST to find out!!
