Looking back at the many messages of condolence on the tragic death of Evan Hansen, we see that we really are one in so many ways. We go back and forth on these boards, trashing each other, even getting occasionally nasty but we come together in the event of a tragedy of this magnitude. Wabash lost a young man who had his whole life ahead of him. But didn't we all lose a player? Didn't every team in the country lose a player? Didn't we all know an Evan Hansen- whatever his name? Let his family and his friends and his teammates and the entire Wabash community begin the healing process, knowing they have the support and prayers of all of us. May God grant Evan eternal rest.✝

Sincere condolences to the Wabash community on the passing of Evan Hansen.  Guilford College and the ODAC are a part of the Little Giants' large DIII family.

Such sad and tragic news regarding Evan. I know I speak for all of Warhawk Nation in saying our thoughts are with Evan's family, teammates, and all who knew and loved him.  I can speak for me personally when I say I will be praying for God's comfort and strength for all those grieving this horrific loss. As MUC57 alluded to, it brings many things into perspective.  May we remain avid competitors in all things football, yet teammates in life.

Thank you, Pat Coleman and D3football.com staff for the Quick Hits Question #6 today. We lost Evan Hansen but hopefully this will help others, not just at Wabash but around the country. Continued prayers to the Hansen family and everyone involved with Wabash and Little Giants football.

This is my 50th season of Wabash football.  Never did I dream that we would have to deal with such a tragedy this year.

Congrats on 50 years of Wabash football. They certainly are one of the better programs in Dlll. Evan Hansen' death was the ultimate tragedy. I'm sure you have seen all the messages of condolence from all over the Dlll landscape. We all suffer a bit!
I snuck (I know, there is no such word) in a +k for ya. You looked kinda bare out there. Look forward to more "stuff" from you.

Yes, I am normally on the OAC board but I roam around - much to the chagrin of the other posters.
