AUEagle - that was funny!  Man, I get it...Wabash won this Summer...oh my God I can't see my screen I am laughing so hard...my side hurts, you are killing me!  How many games in to the year until you are calling for Hollway's head and that the Wing T blows???

Here is a post on Wheaton...you guys should start blasting them for showing such optimism...imagine the nerve of this guy to sound so positive!!!  How dare him say this... "Thunder have a much imporved defense led by fifth-year senior Caleb Walters from Texas (CB), Todd Travis, who ran a 4.3 this summer (FS), he is also 6'4" with a 40 inch vertical, he had 6 pics last year to go with 80 tackles.  Jeff Grandy is back, another fifth year senior that tore his ACL last year against NCC.  Jeremy Chupp lost Musso and Sinclair, but will not miss a beat.  Chupp should be all-conference, he just wins baby, 10-1 last year as a sophomore!  Wheaton, NCC, Carthage, Augie... 4 - in - a - ROW!!!!"  They must not know about Shafer and his talents???

Isn't it funny when 'Gheny, Woo, OWU, and Witt fans all agree on something.  I guess there is a first time for everything.

That we should all bow down to Wabash and give the conference title to them before the season starts because they have already predicted it.

Why is it everybody always seems to be on board about how overly condifent 'Bash is about their team???

Could it be becuase they are???

I hope that their tadpole A**es overun their alligator mouths for yet another year and I have another offseason throwing facts at them and them making execuses as always.

Wally,
Had the opportunity to see that Quaker QB play against Mount St. Joe last weekend.  I'm not saying he's bad, but I hope he's not the best in NCAC.  He better not hold on to the ball as long as he did in the scrimmage and he could use just a little more help up front and at the receiver position.  I think he's good, but I'm guessing that he may not be the best in your league.

Top Five Reasons Why most seem to comment negatively to Wabash posters on this board.

#5.  There are many more Wabash posters on this board then any other team.

#4.  They do not have their own agenda and can only attack the other.

#3.  They really have no idea about what they are talking about.

#2.  They have selective reading skills and twist everything that is written to serve their attack.  To the point that Wally and others need to give clarification disclosures on every post.

#1.  They don't understand what being a true fan is.

Disclosure:  There are many posters on this board from all over the country that this post does not apply to.  The ones that actually come on here and talk football and support their own team or the conference as a whole.   You know who you are.  The opinions included in this post are those of BashBrother and do not necessarily reflect those of any other Wabash Poster.

What?  What the hell does that even mean?  How do you expect anyone to take you seriously when you start confusing amphibians with reptiles for your obscure mixed metaphors?

DePauw05

Here is a piece of trivia to help pass the apparently abundant free time of incessant Wally bloggers:

What was Wabash's ALL-SPORTS record against DePauw during the 04-05 year?

smed: you sound like those guys that scream, "wait till we put the pads on"...then can't make the hit.....grrr.....Backer16: in case you haven't been reading for 2 plus years, I have been calling for coach "H"'s head for that long (or longer)....

As a OAC follower I'll be interested in the results of the
gheny-bw and wooster-muskie games. Gheny apparently plays good in the mud--today they'll be on the equivalent of a cement parking lot. Muskie supposedly has installed a
new offense this year so they might have alot of problems & turnovers. I wouldn't be surprised to see Gheny win but I would be shocked if Muskie stayed within 3 TDs of Woo.

It doesn't look like any of the early games in the conference are covered on the radio.  Anyone know any different?

I wish we could have radio from the scrimmage.

Does anyone have any updates on NCAC  games other than what is on the scoreboard?

bashbrother

They are done up in Wheaton and the word is good.  Offense was able to move the ball and defense seemed tough.
