Had heard something similar ... but hope (and believe) in the end ... it won't happen.

Billy has learned his position well and brings a mature dimension to free safety.  While he is a superior athlete and will serve with ability in most skill positions ... the question arises ... why create an issue in one spot where no issue exists in order to maybe ... just maybe ... place a patch fix in another spot.  Better to mine the talent at RB and come up with a "present and future" solution.  If it is to be RB by committee ... a committee already exists.

I am sure Creighton has a plan and by the time it matters it will be up and running just fine.  With the offense set up by existing Wabash personnel, Huff and his success ... in my view ... should be the focus.  I believe RB will take care of itself and just might supprise.

For my money ... Billy ... stay where you are and make people pay who venture into your lair.

Maybe he can play the other side of the ball under his alter ego - Bobby Riggs.  What an ap pro quo name to have at an all male school.

Witt finally decided who their D-Coordinator is going to be:

Witt has just three starters back on defense for '06 and will be led by a guy with about half a thimbleful of coaching experience.  Good luck with that, kids.

As much as it pains me to say it Witt is still Witt. They have had a couple of down years but in the end they will be a force to be reckoned with for a conference championship.

As for the Wabash RB situation King has been and will continue to be an outstanding defensive player but if he added a east west type speed to the Wabash running game then I believe he could be very dangerous. Nonetheless you are correct I'm sure Creighton will find what is best for the 06 team

You really think we have it all sewn up?

Only fourteen days till camp.  Cant wait to see how this season turns out.  Will this season be par for the course, or will there be some major upset(s)?  Well, in the NCAC, upsets are par for the course.

Kenyons the story, Witts the youth, Wabash looks loaded and experienced and Woosters claiming they aint ready to retire the men in black.

Still think Allegheny and OWU have something special in store for this season, but never can tell.  Lot to be said for a conservative offense and stout defense, not to mention three underdogs having the only returning quarterbacks (read:Rummel, Sanchez and Savage)

Oh sorry, I must have fell asleep.  Witt is still Witt?  Not likely!   Witt is only Witt in name.  They are nothing to the powerhouse they once were.  Witt has not won the title since '01.  Every year I have agreed that Witt is still Witt, but after four years, and three different champs, I think it is time to say Witt is not Witt.  Even if Witt wins the title this year, they are not Witt.  Witt will not be Witt until they start dominating the conference as the used to.  With the likes of Bash, the upcoming OWU squad, and I refuse to count the Scots out, I don't see Witt doing that in the near future.

I'm sorry to do this, but it must be said.   Kenyon benefits from the schedule.  Yes, they played Woo, Gheny, and OWU.  Who cares?  Woo, Bash, Witt, Gheny, and Owu play eachother all the time.  In fact, I cant remember when Woo hasn't played Bash, Witt, Gheny, and OWU in the same year.  As of late, those are the contenders for the title every single year.  CWRU, who would you rather have on your schedule, all of the top five with a sprinkling of the bottem dwellers, or Obe, Earl, Denn, Hiram with a couple of the top dogs?  I would rather have Kenyon's schedule.  There, I killed it!

I have a problem remembering Kenyon.  Haven't seen them in so long in Wabash land.

Insert it between Den and Earl.
