OWU is 2-8 in the red zone this year.  That qualifies as "gosh awful."  By comparison, OWU came away empty on seven trips to the red zone all of last year.

Nike,

Interesting.  I suppose those types of comments are not surprising coming from the back ups.  It only makes it easier to complain about lack of PT when the team is 0-2.  Hopefully this week they turn it around.

Wabash Always Fights!

Actually getting excited about tomorrow. And I only need permission for far away games that do not involve the Scots. And I know that Wabash brings a lot of fans to Wooster. We all sit on the same side of the field and smile at each other.  At Selby the fans are across the field.
Which side will we sit on tomorrow?
I guess I should want OWU to win so that when we turn things around Wabash will already have at least one conference loss.

Top 5 reasons why I love road tripping out to Wooster every other year:

5. The pipers.  What can I say...I'm a sucker for bagpipes.
4. Friday and/or Saturday night in Columbus.  Good times every time I hit C-Bus for a night out.
3. The Thurman Cafe in C-Bus the day after a night out.  The Thurman serves up one of the meanest burgers I've ever had (rivaled in my experience only by Chris Madrid's in San Antonio).
2. October games at the Papp are awesome.  Great setting, great fans...all around a good atmosphere in one of the nicer places to watch a small college game.
1. Grandpa's Cheese Barn.  Any trip to northeastern Ohio is not complete without a visit to the Cheese Barn.   :)

Wally,

As a C-bus resident, you hit the nail on the head with Thurman's, though I would argue Club 185 also in the Village and the Thirsty Scholar on campus have tasty burgers as well.  If you are looking to catch a good H.S. football game in C-bus tonight, check out the Dublin Coffman vs. Dublin Scioto.  It will be a great game and will feature a bunch of kids heading to D I, II, and III schools.

Do you know if Brent or anyone filmed any of the 05' press conference after the Capital game?

I think it was CC, Russ, Summers & Foster....

wooscot, I don't think I'll be in C-bus tonight.  It's looking like I'm going to rendezvous with my road trip co-pilot tonight in Indy and then make the trek out to Delaware early tomorrow morning.  But have no fear...I'll most definitely be invading C-bus the weekend of 10/27.   :)

Didn't they have a video stream from Selby two years ago?  Any chance of that happening again tomorrow?

This is on the main OWU Athletic Page.....The question is: Will the straem work..

ADL70

Then the second question will be, will the video show the whole field?  Because it didn't for the Catholic game.
