Nice game LGs, and a heck of an effort by COW

Well, that's the effort from Wooster that most of us expected. Hats off to the Scots for playing tough and not giving up.

Kudos to the LGs for bearing down and getting the win.

NN - is not a happy camper right now.  Plenty of work to do.

Congrats to Wabash for winning at least a share of their 3rd Straight NCAC Title. Lets take it to Dension next week for the outright Crown.

Also, great effort for Woo today.  Should be able to take some major momentum from this effort and carry it over to next year.

Why should you go for it on 4th down?

this was Woo's Big Moment.  Despite their record, they've hung tough in several games.

Scot Lass -- They'll be on track in the future.  Just a brief respite while they reassemble.

8-0 is the bottom line...but man, that was a tough game to watch.  Had no idea they would run for 235 against our D...  I bet Jeremiah Marks is frothing at the mouth and probably in tears waiting for November 10th.  Holter was tough as nails today - he gets vertical very quick and gets chunks.  It was a weird game...could have been more lopsided...and could have been a tighter game.

Seemed like Bubba Lange, Adi, and Kennon made big plays when we needed them most but yes, this bend but don't break is tiring.

Hudson had a pretty good day numbers-wise but seemed tentative in his throws and floated a few instead of hitting guys.  I wonder if weather could have been a factor?  He made the big plays when he needed them.  I also still like our RBs and they do enough to keep teams honest.

All in all, tough win, I bet CC is not happy with this effort though.  May be a long bus trip back to C-ville.

8-0 - take that any day of the week.

CC now 60-13 at Wabash!  Strong!

Good job Little Giants!

Gang,

I'd still make the argument that Case should be awarded the NCAC title if we beat OWU.

After all, we'll be 5-0 against the NCAC at that point.

Incidentally, we rolled to 8-0 with a 35-3 win over Chicago today, and clinched at least a share of the UAA title.

If I were Case, I would be more worried about beating Wash U. than in make-believe NCAC titles.

Case needs to beat Wash U. and OWU to secure a playoff spot. If they lose one of those games, they put their fate up to the NCAA. I'd be worried about that.

Thanks to Bashbro for the updates. I had some work to do so I am at home now. Saw the stats, wow.

Wooster will be strong in a year or so. Having a running game like that is something to build on.

Wabash should break into the top 10. #9 Salisbury, #11 Alfred, and #12 Capital all lost.
