You've responded with a pointless post to one that's point was that while opponents scored an average of 13.7 pts against CWRU; only an average of 11.4 were against the "D."

points are points, dude.

ADL70

I get your point, but they weren't all scored against the "D."  But I know that's not how stats are kept.

Met some people today from Indiana.  One of the guys went to Wabash and several of the women went to Depauw. They told me how to pronounce Moe-non and talked about railroad tracks and the history of the bell.  And yes, the women said Depauw men are not good marrying material. Honest! And most of them will be there Saturday.

Nike,
yes, you've experienced the DPU women...once they've met a Wabash man...very few ever go back.
Also, for any Easterners reading...it's pronounced...Wah-bash....not Wah-bahsh. We played Widener in the Stagg bowl years ago...and all the Widener guys were saying.....Wah - bahsh...sounded almost British.

Salem is a looong way off, eagle.  There are a lot of good teams in the North region to get through and that's before you even start to think about the 5 million pound gorilla in the region.

Good luck to your Bishops this weekend...even though I'm not sure CWRU losing is what's best for Wabash's playoff draw, I'm pulling for your guys on Saturday.  Finish strong!

You don't have to be a stats guy to look at MUC's stats this year and know what time it is.  They're ridiculous.  But as I respond everytime when people ask why teams won't schedule MUC in September, you don't win squat for beating them in September.  I hope Wabash gets their shot this year and hopefully lightning strikes.  But again, there are too many awesome teams in the region to even think about that right now.  This week Wabash needs to go 1-0.  That's all that matters right now.
