Actually, the best bracket EVER would be:

Mt. Union goes East.
Wabash #1 seed in the North and plays the South in the semi-finals.
Whitewater and Mt. Union play each other in the semi-finals.

But this one is pretty close!

Which maybe ever-so-slightly could have happened if what's his name's FG went wide left.  >:(

Actually, Mt. Union and Wabash would play in the Stagg Bowl.

The semi-finals would be against the winner of the Central (IA) bracket.

Oh.  Here I was thinking all along that the Whitewater bracket winner played the W&J bracket winner.  Any hopes of seeing Wabash play at Washington, PA, have now been dashed.  :'(

Serves me right for looking too far ahead.  :-[

If I'm reading the bracket correctly, Schwam, the Whitewater and W&J bracket winners play in the semis.  So Wabash could conceivably play W&J in the semis (not that that is looking too far ahead or anything).  I'd much rather see UMHB win that bracket which would plant Wabash at home for the semis.

But, let's not get crazy.  One week at a time.   :)

Triple Take this week is worth a look.  Good stuff.

I'm glad they all picked us. Interesting no one took Franklin. And a split decision against CWRU. Hmmm.....what does it all mean?  ??? ;D

Want to see Wabash play again, which can only take place in Alliance. So make it happen. NCAC folks are pulling for you. Hopefully a run deep into the playoffs will help ease the pain of Monon game.

Monon what?  That was so last week.   :)

One of the many beautiful things about this year's tournament bracket is that Mount Union couldn't be farther away from Wabash.  This might be the best bracket ever.  Ever!

EVER!!!!

Since it was the players that painted the checkers and that was at the fall break so they had extra time off....I would assume there will be no painting by players before a playoff game

bashbrother

I didn't think the players would do it this time, I thought because of the way the field looked for the Witt game, that the school could cough up a few bucks to hire someone to do it.

It would be nice to see it.

Well, it's not like they're all dressing out for the game. I'm with BashBro. The school should cough up a few bucks for that. Or make it an ESH job. If there are any students on here, do they still have ESH jobs? I hope that doesn't make me sound old.   :D
