Over the years, the budget that football receives has gotten larger,
staff (full time) has grown & budgets for all aspects are workable and we
could argue thoses points and others. OWU has poured tons of monies
into Selby, and is a great facility & recruiting tool...It boils down to....
The Head Coach and the philosophies of the program.
When there isn't PASSION displayed on the field, in the recruiting process,
in the locker room, in alumni meetings...ya gotta scratch your head and say,
"WT#". Rock Jones & AD Roger Ingles have been in their positions long enough
to make a decision regarding Bishop football...and I think, for now, they have.

So in this case it looks like they are satisfied with Footballs production. Hopefully the updates to Selby will benfit LaCross. Sigh

... Selby can show-case the nationally known soccer program...NCAA Track & Field Championships...High School Playoffs...
The work done & added to Selby weren't just done for the football team...the scales tilt toward "other" on this.
Even though "Vegas" has the game close against the Black n Gold Tigers... the Bishops need to  show DePauw that there
is more than Wabash & Witt in the NCAC.

Soccer has it's own Facilty which is very nice:

Roy Rike Field hosts soccer, primarily under the lights. Widely regarded as one of the Midwest's finest facilities for the sport, Roy Rike Field was the site of the NCAA Division III semifinals and championship game for men in 1990 and 1998 and for women in 2001.

aueagle you are correct Wesleyan has to step up against Depauw.

You DPU types are probably new to the OWU vid stream.  Those guys do a great job and I've enjoyed listening to their broadcast.  Should be interesting to hear how they call some seriously offensively challenged football.
