I'm saying the offense especially early in the game

Yes - they missed their chances early.  Could have easily had 10 points - but Wabash did have something to do with that.  Holding at the goal line and a blocked FG.

Yes they did but still missed opportunities that shoulda been points

OWU's been doing that all year in the red zone.  You could see it coming well before today.

Wabash Hokie

Looks like OWU defense running out of gas.

How about this name for NCAC PoY: Tyler. Holmes.

Wabash Hokie

Wow - pitch and catch on that last TD - Hodges was wide open.

Don't think I have ever watched a football game in which 75 passes were attempted by a single QB

I don't even think Texas tech asu throw that many times

Mr. Ypsi

Nice catch by Wally on the red zone problems for OWU.  I didn't think it was possible to pass for 428 yards and get shut out! :o  (I wonder if that is an all time record?)

Congrats to the Bishops on a great season thus far....finish strong.   You played your "Arses" off in the first half......  you truly did.

The depth of talent for this Wabash program was the difference in the 2nd half.   We see it a lot, in football at every division level, where a school can stay with a team for a half, only to have team depth figure the outcome in the 2nd.  I knew this one was done, when we were getting sacks with only a 3 man rush.

Great Job Little Giants.... and Tyler Holmes and the O-line/receivers blocking for him, what can you say.  Houston Hodges, the CB,  4 catches... 120 yards and 2 TD's.... wow.

WAF!

Grand Canyon Baby !!!    Too many weapons.  And dinbk and doodle passes but zero to show.  GREAT HARD HAT D.   Wabash 225 yards rushing O.   OWU ... minus rushing yards.   Wabash 10 passes ... 3 TDs.  2 Int,  Block FG.  Goal Linbe stand.  You don't schedule Wabash for Homecoming.

I'll have some more complete thoughts from Wabash/OWU a little later...some other things going on that merit attention here.

- CMU losing to Washington hurts both Wabash and OWU.  CMU had a shot to be ranked on Wednesday, now they don't.  Bummer and if Wabash or OWU or both wind up not getting an AQ, that result really hurts them in the at-large situation.

- Glad to see Allegheny decided to play their super bowl in September.  Brutal.

- Kenyon is @ Wooster and home vs. Denison away from nabbing a share of the league title.  How about that.  If it didn't wipe Wabash out of Pool A, I'd celebrate that a little bit.  Alas, sorry Lords, gotta look out for #1 here.  Go Scots.
