Looking forward to watching the Hiram-OWU game today. Never had a chance to catch Hiram before so this is a first. Wooster-Denison looks like a good game for Saturday night as well.

Never had a chance, or never really wanted to? It's okay you can admit it, my feelings aren't hurt. :'(

After seeing Partridge today, an argument could be made that he is as good a QB as there is in the NCAC.
WOW! Go Hiram!
He played well against Wooster, except for 3 picks.
Will wait until next week to get expert commentary from Wabash folks.  He looked very good today.  Even had a game winning drive at the end. One thing is obvious.  He is a passer first, not a scrambler.

Apologies to OWU for crashing the Homecoming.

Partridge played out of his mind today and the defense made stops when they had to. I think he definitely deserves to be in the conversation for 1st team all-conference.

My notes on the game: Stamford had an excellent day play-calling, the mix of run and pass made the OWU defense play balanced and allowed Hiram to get the ball to playmakers in space. Partridge is tough, took some big shots and still delivered. The defensive play-calling to me seemed to be a little bit stubborn, but I can't complain as they stepped up when they needed to and that is all that matters. Two quality wins this season. I just pray and pray and pray that Stamford is not out looking for another HC job, because he is invaluable to this team's success as OC

Not surprised by the final....Going into this, everyone knew HC was not the team of old,,,
I'll look into the record books on this one....Regardless, this is not what the Bishop program
needed in this rebuilding phase....The Puppy just raised itself to full DOG...GO BISHOPS

On another note, John Carroll has now outscored its opponents 369-40 this season. Best team in the state of Ohio, ladies and gents. This is the first year in 20+ I feel comfortable giving that title to anyone but Mount Union.

Before your water breaks there HC...Mount has outscored opponents 452-44. Best team in State of Ohio until someone beats them. The "title" is never given - it must be won!

Agreed. But after watching both teams play in person that is my unbiased, third person analysis! But, hey... I've been wrong before and I will most certainly be wrong again.

Yep. On Nov. 15 you will be wrong again. It will be a great game. Myers is legit and so is Greenwood....but I like Mount and I don't think it will be as close as some. For now....on to Otterbein.
