Somebody please reassure me that the Hampden Sydney loss isn't going to cost us that pool C bid. I'm not liking this no wins against RROs.

Caught the live stats of the mount jc game. Jc goes the distance of the field down by a touchdown with one minute to play...runs out of time inside the 10... Wow. I assume with that "result" against an RRO they would be your first C off the board.

Congratulations to the Little Giants for the 6-Peat. Defense was as dominant as I have seen in D3 this year. Even got the 12th man with the turf trip to hold them to 3!  That front 7 on defense is fierce. Hunt had no chance today.

No kidding!  Tomorrow should be interesting and so much for schedule strengthening, eh?  Noticed in the BX score from OWU that Barnes had 1 rush and 1 pass reception  ::)

Wabash's SOS should be fine. Bethel lost, and they probably had the best 2-loss profile out there. North Central won't jump us. Framingham won so SJF may not get on the board. I am cautiously optimistic.

On the whole I could not be happier with the progress our program made this season. However, I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth.

We were up 28-13 with time running down, and instead of taking a knee we punch in another touchdown and one of our players has to be carted off of the field. You would think from a program that has been on the wrong end of many snubs in terms of running the score up, we would be able to show a little more class.

Proud of the team, they were filled with heart and made the school and alumni proud, but I am a little disappointed with trying to run it up on Oberlin.

Did they pull the starters HC or was it the first team?

Starters with some non-starting seniors splashed in. The young man that ran the ball in was an underclassmen so it wasn't an attempt to "give the kid a touchdown for his hard work"

Also, sending out some good karma to the Wabash Little Giants for tomorrow, would love to see them picked.

That injury to Justin Woods didn't look good. Hope he is ok.

According to his dad it's ACL. TOO BAD

Non-Contact.  He twisted covering a punt.  Great player.  Intense.  Justin, remember Tyler Holmes and Wes Chamblee.

Can anyone explain to me the beanies that some of the Wabash students wear?

HC:

The "beanies" at Wabash are referred to as "pots".

The white pots with black trim are worn by members of the Sphinx Club.

Green pots with small red bills, once worn by all Wabash freshmen, are still worn by the pledges of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

Congratulations to Wabash and all of you Wabash fans for their Monon Bell game win today.  I was, however, surprised that the attendance, while very good today, was less than the predicted 10,000 or more.  Yet, still a great atmosphere I'm sure.
