That white pullover is awesome.  Fire, as the kids say.

I also dig those red kicks from the second photo. They need to make those both available for purchase.

Ditto on that...love the white pullover

I have read several posts by Wabash men who have commented about the size of the DePauw team as being small....and yet as I look at the two deep depth chart, they seem to be every bit as big as the Wabash guys. What am I missing? I mean both teams have an inside linebacker in the 1 hundreds so we're equal there. Oh...unless you're talking about small as in manliness or in mental  aptitude or some such thing as that.

They're not.  Just look on Saturday.

WAF78,

I will bite on the size comparisons.  It's the "old eye ball test."

Agree with Wally.  Just look on Saturday.  For starters, Bash's D front jumps out...McCullen 6'5 265, Rutter 6'3 237, Karns 6'1 235, and Buresh 6'0 223 who happens to be a pre-season AA.  Fast, big, strong, athletic..."they pad up well" - even opposing team's announcers have commented how big they look and play.

Other notables that just jump out:
Our TE is 6'3 265...Depauw's weighs 215
Our RB is 225, a dude named Zurek...Depauw's is 165
Our QB is 6'4 220...Depauw's is 5'11 183
One WR is 6'3 221, another is 6'4 205...Depauw's go around 6'0 with Andy Hunt at 5'10 164
Our Safety is 6'1 230...Depauw has one that weighs 178, another that is 5'11

It will stand out - these comparison's aren't even close.

The Dannie poster might reference our smaller corners in Parks and Petiford.  Go ahead and do that - dudes can COVER.   ;D

Speaking of Wabash's excellent corners, here is a great Doyel piece on Brian Parks, who will definitely make a big play on Saturday.

Raise your hand if you have EVER IN YOUR LIFE worn a SCARF to a football game???????

So, so, classic Dannie.  Hilarious.  Like I can't stop looking at the photo...  What were they thinking?  Scarves...bahahaha.

My HS coach listed me as 6'-1" 180 lbs...truth was 5'-10" 140 lbs wringing wet

I will just point out that on the Wabash 2-deep Dylan Buresh (TE) is listed at 6-5, 205.  He is really 6-1 or 6-2 and 235 or so.  Tim Leath (OL) is listed at 6-0, 232.  He is about 6-0, 275-280--and maybe just a little heavier than that.  So add these to the size comparison.  I don't know, of course, whether all of DPU's heights and weights are nearly correct.
On the DPU 2-deep, at RB neither Galley, who has not played in the last part of the season, and so must be injured, nor Gruber, who has figured prominently the past several games, is listed.  Kirchoff, who has himself missed a game or two this year, probably with an injury, will start.  I don't recognize his back-up's name.  He is a senior, so is this listing a courtesy?
We all know that a 2-deep may not reflect who actually plays, but the absence of Galley and Gruber might be a factor.  And, yes, Shamir Johnson will not play.

Just some more food for thought on this.  DePauw is playing with basically the same dudes as last year.  They returned 47 starters or some such thing.  Wabash has a lot of returning players as well, particularly on the DL and what I'm focusing in on here is the DL vs. OL matchup and with so many of the same players here, last year's game is meaningful.

Wabash tallied 5 sacks last year, 10 TFL, and 3 QB hurries.   10 TFL is a lot in any game.  Let's peel back one more layer- DePauw ran 49 plays.  1 in 5 offensive plays for DePauw ended with the ball stopping behind the LOS.  That's bananas.  One in five!!

Congrats to Bishop QB Orsini for "O" Player of the Week for  Nov 9trh...
JV team ran the table on the OAC schools except for a loss to the Witt JV's...
Tough season for the RED n Black, but we need a great recruiting winter to help
stack the deck to break out of the middle of the pack in Conference...
Can't wait for the game in 2016 at MHB
Go Bishops

Nothing being said about Wooster's chance of a 3 win season.  ;D   Round Ball can't get here soon enough.

Ugh, that Hiram game was depressing. But, we have one more chance against OWU. And you're right, basketball should be better
