Why should you go for it on 4th down?

I don't like losing this thing year after year, but I really hate losing it on mistakes. 3 turnovers and a missed wide open TD in the first half. I'd feel ok if DePauw threw every punch they had and came up short. Just tired of losing on stupid stuff. Ugh.

BashDad

They are throwing every punch they have. And they are short. Like, little. Like Legos.

Disagree. This isn't their best offensive football. Defensively though? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Although the size thing is clearly apparent in the Wabash run game. LG hogs have totally swallowed up DePauw's front 6. Can't shed blocks. Wabash's line is just straight road grading.

"Feed Mason" paid off big today.  Shared a table @ Atlanta telecast with former team mate of Bill Lynch at Butler and asst coach at DPU in the late 70s (Prior to Coach Nick's reign).  Enjoyable experience, but like many games during this streak, many Dannies were gone by start of the 4th.  ;D  Well done, Little Giants!  WAF.

Again.. Zero Dannies at Ft.lauderdale function... Sad.

At Naples telecast event, my wife (a Danny by the way), made two observations:1) The Wabash guys seem to all come in wearing Wabash hats which they don't take off and 2) the DePauw grads all seem to leave during the third quarter.  My response:  Dannies drink wine with their little finger up, drive Volvos (for which no country western song has ever been written), and are connected with their team (school?) as a function of pleasant results.  Wabash not so much ... WAF and always means always.  Go far Little Giants, and we love you for what you accomplish and try to accomplish.

I know style points don't count, really, but I wonder if there's any chance Wabash vaults Wheaton as the North #2 ranked team?

LOVE the fact there is a regular season D3 game with large enough interest that it has viewing parties across the country.  Now that chicken$hit MSJ ended the Bridge Bowl, my alma mater is free in week 11 - which means I'm out of excuses to not be at the 2016 Bell Game.  wally- you're buying first round, yeah?

The SOS numbers are up and Wabash finishes with a 0.496 in 138th in the country (sandwiched between UMHB and Linfield).  Wesley is at 0.517 in 80th position.  Wheaton is at 0.509 in 80th position.  Really wish the Virginia tigers had won an extra game.  Makes it that much harder to justify a top 8 seeding with a below .500 SOS.
