Almost glad Wabash is on the road this week. I don't think poor Jim's voice could survive another game like that. They said on the telecast that some 12,000 had viewed the Albion game. Wonder how many were watching that one. Wow.

Anybody know the viewing situation with St. Thomas? I would assume that with their fan base they'd have the bandwidth to cover this.

It's a well-done, HD broadcast that is usually linked to the professional radio broadcast - I think you will be impressed.

Good.  Sounds like we'll be able to clearly see this game.  With the similar styles, this game should be a dandy.  Hopefully the stream is ready for the amount of traffic it's about to host.
It wasn't ready for the traffic against the Johnnies.  The video would play smoothly for five seconds then stutter for five seconds the whole way through.  I expect there will be far less viewers for this game.

Are the quarterfinals done by the NCAA or ESPN3? I just can't remember - if that's the case then obviously there won't be any video issues.

Anyone found decent flight packages to St. Paul out of Indianapolis?  It looks like you can get a flight (on American Airlines) from Indy to St. Paul that gets you there at around nine in the morning, but return flights to Indy would have to be on Sunday.

The Tommies will handle the broadcast.  ESPN3 for the semis.  ESPNU for the Stagg.

I expect the opposite. Wabash games bring a lot of viewership.

NO.  I'm not thrilled about it either.  Also not psyched that I cashed in a boatload of points for Christmas travel.  Would have come in handy this week.   >:(

You are right it was LV Bowen that stripped the ball.  My eyes are getting old and it was hard to see the number on the replay. My bad.  Great job LV!

I see that Livestream does track viewers; that is impressive that Wabash had 11,000 viewers against Thomas More.
Any idea what the viewership was for Tommie/Johnnie 2?  The attendance exceeded our expectations, so that had to hurt the webcast numbers a bit.

They mixed it up on the broadcast as well, but Jim gets a pass.  I wouldn't have known anybody's name in that moment either.   :)

On the replay that I've watched 89 times, it's not super clear whether it's 45 or 46 that makes the hit on Kuntz to knock it loose.  When in doubt, Tyler McCullen is a pretty decent guess.  But it's definitely the blitzing LB from the left side there that gets home (btw, it was Ludwig from the same spot last week that made the insane flying sack/fumble vs. Albion).

Also guys if you haven't already, check out this week's ATN podcast.  Lengthy and very good conversation about Wabash/Thomas More and some good first hand insight from Adam Turer who was there to cover for D3football.com.

LGs have monopolized Pat's postseason game ball awards.  Wouldn't mind going 3-for-3 this week.

Getting to Minneapolis/St. Paul from Indy is no small task.  A few times, I have driven to Chicago and taken Southwest from Midway to Minneapolis. Most times, the legs have been under $100.  Would save some driving time.

Spirit is advertising $63 one way from O'Hare to MSP.

Whats the problem?  I've never known a Wabash Man whose ever had a hard time finding his way to Tommies.
