And not as good as the team they unnecessarily and incorrectly ran down before the game IMO. SJU gave UST a better game twice. All I'm sayin'.

Congrats to Wabash on a great season. Zurek was as good as advertised. Hope to see you guys back in the mix in 2016. Most of you are class acts.

Congrats to you, Bench.  Most of your guys are cool, too.  Best of luck next week in the semis.

"UST fans are kinda dicks."

That's an SJU fan  ;)
Surprisingly, Haz, that was perhaps the one post by the guy where there was a bit of common ground ....

That's not "all you're saying."

UST had Wabash at 2-14 on 3rd down today.  Never would have happened against an SJU defense that gave away 3rd down conversions like they planned to write them off on a 1040.  Thanks for playing, though.

You Little Giants might want to rethink your righteous indignation here. As bad as this stream is (was?), it is still significantly more watchable than Wabash's stream of the Wittenberg game earlier this year.

I don't remember having any problem watching that 21 point 4th quarter explosion that buried y'all. It was perfectly clear.

I guess it all comes around in the end. I missed the 17 point first half explosion that buried y'all, but the Tommie stream stabilized in time for me to see the 21 point 3rd quarter explosion that buried y'all a second time.

Enjoy the offseason.

I'll defer to your advice on the offseason since y'all had a 3 week head start on it.

Zing!!

Well, only TD came off one of two TOs by a second-team QB -- who entered the game in the third quarter.

Concordia or Bethel would be a nice matchup. Gustavus air game would give them fits.  There's a reason WC's league is ranked 18th.

Wabash did bad things today that would cripple any team. And they got beat, just like every other team UST played this season and not by some wild margin you've never seen before. So whatever. How you extrapolate a favorable matchup for Concordia, Bethel, or Gustavus is beyond me. I can't believe we have to defend the team against this kind of bull****.

This was started on your board. You guys were popping off about where MIAC teams would finish in the NCAC. Then today happened.

Don't be upset when the shoe is on the other foot.

Having said that, congrats to Wabash on a good season. You've got a passionate fan base, fun to see a team travel so well. Good luck next year.

Honestly, when did this happen?   I really don't think anybody here tried to match up the NCAC with the MIAC.   I remember Pat mentioned something about where the bottom of the MIAC might do vs. the bottom of the NCAC, but...who cares?

Congratulations to LG's on a good season.  Good luck to the Tommies here on it.

If Carleton, St. Olaf and Hamline played in the NCAC they'd be horrible there too. I base conference success on playoff success.

They would indeed still be at the same level as a program, but drop any one of them in and they'd probably finish with four wins (St. Olaf, Carleton) to six wins (Hamline). Still not competitive against the top teams but generally good enough to beat Allegheny, Kenyon, Wooster, Oberlin and sometimes Hiram.

FWIW, here's the quote  ::)

Who knew that third-defense was what determined this? Wow, learned something today.

You're one more dumb post away from making me a Tommie fan forever.  And I don't want to do that because I really like the SJU crowd here.
