This week Battle for Ye Old Skull.

Bring it back home Bishops, it has been way too long.

Go Bishops.

Of course we prefer the original.  So creepy.

Was that skull taken from a trench in East Africa? Has any carbon dating been conducted?

The original waas found in 1929, during the building of Selby. It was old then. It has been buried now. No one was ever sure if it was native American.

That's an unbelievably cool piece of history.

I don't like the "Bye-Week" in the second week of the season...Hey, let's have summer camp, bust tail to play the
opener...then take a week off to think about it. Kills the flow...better to have it later to at least rest the wounded.
Agree with wally: The Big Red are under the radar...but this program (and the total athletic program) are on the rise
Disagree with wally: Coach Watts will stick w/Sr QB Orsini...IF there will be a change, I think it'll happen mid to latter of the season
Very tough game at Selby Saturday night for the Bishops. The Red & Black have to come out with confidence and points...something
that wasn't there in Texas. But, OWU is rested and have had time to prepare....This, to me..will show coaching more than anything.
Witt has more talent, but. I think the Bishops can at least keep it close. OWU is a better team than Capital, that Witt blanked 34-0.

I think it's there so the conference games can go unimpeded through the season starting with week 3.

Sort of- Allegheny, Kenyon, Oberlin, and Wooster all played last week and will have a bye later on.

Wabash must have a new camera guy...nothing like long bombs and not being able to see the receiver.

And no eyes on the ball on the field goal miss. Ugh. On the bright side, from what I can see, Wabash is looking pretty good. Some nice runs from Pinola.

I didn't realize Greg Shaheen is now the Acting Wabash AD. What happened there?
