ATTN: NCAC Pick 'Em Players...I'm not sure if everybody has gotten the memo, so I'll post this here.  I figure people probably check this board more frequently than they do the pick 'em board....I posted the following over on the pick 'em board yesterday after it came to my attention that Coombs probably isn't playing this week...the line on the Kenyon/Hiram game changed pretty significanly.  There's more info in Reply #364 on the Pick 'Em board. 

Alright....this is unprecedented, but this is significant enough that I think I'm going to have to edit the spread on the Kenyon game.  I had Kenyon laying 5 td's on the assumption that Coombs would play.  If he's out, that changes everything.  The new line for this game is Kenyon (-20.5).

QUESTION to Wally:  Does the play or not play of Kenyon's Faceplanter Ben affect the spread?

wabco - My crack team of experts tells me that Ben's playing time will not readily affect the point spread vs. the Terriers.  I've got all the angles covered.   8)

Let us see how Wooster fares against Witt and OWU does with Oberlin before we say who is third or even fourth best this year. We went to the Kenyon-OWU game and even though I think OWU would have still won, Coombs not getting hurt makes for a closer game. I think that with our offense we will do a decent job of moving and hopefully scoring against Witt. And keeping them off the field. We only scored 10 against Wabash, but our offense did have a pretty good game statistically.  Do not underestimate Oberlin.
