Scotty,

It would have been a rip if I had paid.  W Association perk coupled with arriving mid-way through the 1st quarter allowed myself and the fiancee to get in free.  Besides, the ticket booths at Wooster are pretty lax about people just walking in to watch.

Wabashcpa,

I take it you disagree that Schafer could effectively play FS or SS at a higher level?

Thanks aueagle for the thought but rumor has it they are weak at strong safety. They tried moving a RB there and then moved a disgruntled backup center to play it. A position I feel is very important to their scheme.

Wooscot,

My comment had absolutely zero to do with Schafer, and everything to do with this comment from kcreds.  There were other posts that followed that joked about centers playing safety and safeties playing center.

I will recap the other 327 pages of posts at a later date.

I hope sean reads this cause that might have been the first time anyone has ever been tabbed as a receiver with "good speed", he is however clutch and has great hands.

"a receiver" or Sean personally..."good speed" is relative  ;)

Hey now, I think everyone in here has done pretty well and have cooled off on our Bash bashing in here. ;)  Only newbies think they have to remind us about how annoying they think it is anymore. ;D

Don't forget the "Witt is overrated" blasts from Wally that were prevalent for a while.

From the Journal Review article posted by BB16:

"We feel like there is not any part of the offense that we are deficient in," Creighton said.

For the last six years, CC has been the king of downplaying how good the team is.  This kind of a statement from Creighton is downright scary.  I can't wait to see this beast unleashed Saturday.

BB16:

Great article.  VictoryBell over on the Heartland Board is talking mighty big, or mighty small I should say as he discredits the Wabash O'line.  Franklin did have a nice win over OWU last week, but he really hasn't got a clue.

The last time Bash played at Franklin, the Grizzlies played hard, but  dirty as I recall.  Coach Leonard is more of a gentleman so I expect the hard, but not the dirty part this Saturday.
